At Materialize, he leads a dynamic team specializing in mobile, web, and AI-driven solutions, focusing on performance, maintainability, and scalability. Alex has helped clients realize their visions through cutting-edge technology and collaborative partnerships.
Previously, in various roles ranging from software engineer and developer with startups to Sr. Manager of Engineering at explore.org, a division of the non-profit Annenberg Foundation, he was instrumental in uncovering complex technical issues and guiding team members towards simple and elegant solutions.
Fluent in multiple programming languages and frameworks for all devices and platforms, Alex is equipped with many years of experience in all aspects of backend reliability and modularity, unit and integration testing, and strong familiarity with devops tools and practices. With extensive experience as a CTO and advisor for numerous startups and software companies, Alex has been instrumental in raising capital and building transformative products.
